Associate Clinical Consultant

To strengthen our team in the Netherlands, we are looking for a trainee Associate Clinical Consultant Electrophysiology.

The Associate Clinical Consultant position is a 1-year entry-level position for individuals with little to no electrophysiology (EP) or work experience. Upon successful completion of the program, the Associate Clinical Consultant will be promoted to Clinical Consultant.

These are your roles & responsibilities:

• Advise and assist medical staff in the operation of the Carto3 navigation system during electrophysiology procedures.
• Uncovering potentials and taking responsibility for the sales growth of our company
• First point of contact for the entire product portfolio (consumables + capital equipment) in the field of minimally invasive electrophysiology (EP)
• Analysis of customer needs and goals to build and expand customer relationships
• Optimize interventions and increase system utilization through project and evidence-based work
• Actively drive the development and digitalization of EP labs
• Liaison between customers and our technical team as well as other internal stakeholders

Qualifications

These are the qualifications you bring to the table:

• Enjoyment of laughing (because we value fun and enjoyment in our team)
• Scientific and technical degree, a degree in medical technology, business administration or a similar field, or successful completion of training in a medical environment with, for example, operating room experience
• Strong team and communication skills, enjoy relationship management and a high degree of customer orientation
• Organizational skills, self-management and the ability to find creative solutions
• Flexibility as well as motivation and willingness to develop further
• High technical affinity or interest to understand complex technical contexts and to exchange scientific papers/studies
• Commercial awareness and results-oriented
• Willingness to work in the field with a high degree of travel
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills, both written and spoken
