As a Business & Process Coordinator, you will work across departments and support a variety of improvement and development initiatives. You analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate findings into concrete and sustainable solutions. In doing so, you ensure alignment between different disciplines and monitor progress and implementation. The role is intentionally broad and offers the opportunity to grow into a key position within the organization.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Het uitvoeren van markt- en segmentanalyses
- Kansen voor verdere groei en optimalisatie identificeren.
- Besluitvorming ondersteunen met data en inzichten
- Het structureren en verbeteren van organisatiebrede processen
- Het coördineren van interne verbeteringsinitiatieven
- Stroomlijning van internationale nalevings- en registratieprocessen
- Verbetering van documentatie- en kennismanagementstructuren
- Het verbinden van R&D, operationele processen, kwaliteit, service en management.
- Het bewaken van de voortgang en het waarborgen van duidelijke communicatie.
About Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive, structured, and organizationally strong
- Ambition to develop broadly and grow within the organization
- Interest in process optimization, international regulations, market development, and a technical production environment
