Community Builder – Biotech, Pharma & Medical Devices

As a Community Builder, your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging & Expanding the Network – Build and nurture relationships with professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers in biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
  
• Promoting the Job Board – Act as an ambassador, raising awareness about our platform through social media, events, and industry forums.
• Connecting Talent & Companies – Facilitate connections between job seekers and hiring companies, helping to bridge industry gaps.
• Collaborating with Experts – Work with a team of professionals to enhance the platform’s visibility and credibility.
• Providing Industry Insights – Stay updated on trends in HR, recruitment, and the life sciences industry to improve community engagement.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with:

• HR, recruitment, or networking experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or medical devices  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A desire to volunteer and contribute to the community.
• A natural ability to connect people and create opportunities.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platform
