Your tasks may include activities such as:

• Championing our products as you manage all aspects of the product lifecycle within a specific market segment, influencing key decisions around pricing, promotion, placement, and innovation.
• Gathering customer insights, defining unmet needs and translating product technical attributes into value propositions for existing and new innovation.
• Driving growth by supporting and leading key Marketing initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targets
• Showcasing your creativity and communication skills by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Qualifications

We are looking for creative and collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team.

What we also expect you to have:

• University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Engineering / Chemistry or Materials Science (preferrably with focus on polymers) field
• Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in English
