The Mission: Tech Reshaping Food Fooditive is a technology company, not a traditional food manufacturer. We develop cutting-edge biotechnology that is reshaping the entire food industry. Our directive is simple but ambitious: make healthy food affordable for everyone, everywhere.

We are looking for a Bioprocess Operations Intern with a leadership mindset to drive this technology forward.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
The Role (Office-Based R&D)
Note: This is a strategic coordination role, not a wet-lab position.
We are not looking for a passive administrator. We need a driver — someone who owns the outcome and ensures our external partners deliver on time and on spec.
• Drive Production: You don’t just track fermentation runs; you actively manage the schedule and push our partners to meet deadlines.
• Command the Data: Collect, verify, and scrutinize Downstream Processing (DSP) data. You are the first line of defense for quality control.
• Build the System: Take charge of our knowledge base. Organize protocols and SOPs into a system that works.
• Lead Communication: You will be the central node of information. You translate complex technical updates into clear executive summaries for the CEO and stakeholders.
About Your Skills and Experience
Who You Are
• Personality: You have a hands-on attitude and natural leadership presence. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you see a problem, you take ownership, and you fix it.
• Assertiveness: You are comfortable holding people accountable. If a partner is late with data, you are confident enough to chase them up.
• Background: You are currently enrolled in (or recently finished) a BSc/MSc in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or Food Technology.
• Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of E. coli fermentation and DSP well enough to spot when something goes wrong in a report.
