We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team.
What you’ll do
As a Finance Assistant, you play a key role in maintaining an accurate and well-organized financial administration. You’ll work closely with a team of four colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment and your responsibilities will include:
Processing and coding purchase and cost invoices (PO process)
Processing sales invoices
Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
Supporting VAT and payroll tax filings
Assisting with monthly reporting and year-end close
Performing general ledger analyses
Reviewing expense claims
You’ll also support the team with general administrative tasks such as archiving, preparing reports (including HR-related), taking meeting minutes, handling phone calls, and welcoming visitors.

About Your Skills and Experience
What you bring
MBO-level education (or equivalent) in Finance or Administration
Availability for 16-24 hours per week
Experience in financial administration, preferably in a project-based environment
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Strong Excel (including basic formulas and lookups) and Microsoft Office skills are required
Good command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
