Join the team behind Future of CGT, the first Dutch conference focused on the practical side of building cell and gene therapy companies. This is not about long-term hype or visionary slogans. It is about execution that works. Think regulatory timelines, nonclinical data, smart vendor decisions, and avoiding CMC mistakes. The event takes place on April 24, 2025, and your role is to help bring it to life.
About Your Next Colleagues
You will be part of the team managing and promoting the conference. We lead the coordination, promotion and execution while working with a range of biotech partners, speakers, and content contributors. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in marketing, business development, and event operations, and be involved in every step, from early planning to event-day delivery.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support planning and logistics before the event
- Coordinate with speakers, exhibitors, and community partners
- Draft LinkedIn posts and email updates for the Future of CGT audience
- Help promote the event across the biotech and life sciences network
- Assist with outreach to companies, investors, and scientific leaders
- Be part of the team managing event-day operations and follow-up
About Your Skills and Experience
- You study Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or Life Sciences
- You are organized, proactive, and write clearly
- You are comfortable communicating with professionals and managing moving parts
- You are based near Leiden and available to work on-site

You are available for at least five months, starting between September and December 2025. You are based in or near Leiden and ready to work on-site. You are not afraid to talk to people, take initiative, and manage the details that turn ideas into action.
