This is what you will do as an Maintenance Engineer Electrical
You guarantee reliable and efficient production processes. You start the day with a short team meeting to discuss malfunctions and coordinate the activities of technicians and contractors, prioritizing work orders. You will focus on maintenance plans and strategic projects to improve installation efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

▪Drafting, implementing and optimizing maintenance plans based on our own analyses and feedback from the technicians to prevent malfunctions.
▪Performing risk analyses and implementing corrective measures for smooth preventive maintenance and limiting corrective maintenance.
▪Coordinate corrective maintenance, including quality assurance and project prioritization.
▪Managing contracts with external parties and ensuring compliance with procedures.

You communicate fluently with colleagues and other departments, which is essential for solving complex problems quickly. Safety and quality are your priority and you show initiative for improvements in the medium and long term.

Your profile:
▪HBO working and thinking level, in Electrical Engineering , combined with up-to-date knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations and Electrical standards.
▪Project management skills, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RCM or TPM.
▪Electrical work experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
▪Strong focus on plant availability and risk management.
