Maintenance Engineer Facilities

Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Biologics NV is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer Facilities, located in Leiden / Netherlands

The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how he/she can influence these through his/her performance

The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:

• Ensure delivery of the hard services is compliant to EHS&S and Quality standards
• Security systems like Fire safety, CCTV, Access Control and Burglary
• Civil works on Building structures, Roofs etc.
• Utilities and systems like Elevators, Automatic doors, Lifting equipment
• Day to Day preventive and corrective maintenance on mentioned systems in SAP
• Interaction with service provider JLL on office related hard services like HVAC
• Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers
• Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects
• Support the J&J Leiden Campus in the site-level deployment of enterprise Facilities programs.
• Initiate maintenance strategies for new equipment
• Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or Facilities Management field of expertise
• Experience: 3-5 yrs.
• And/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to work in a strong demanding and fast changing environment• Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods• Technical writing knowledge
• Strong focus and technical skills on EHS&S and GMP Quality
• Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels• Proficient Dutch and English
