Dit ga jij doen als E&I Technician

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van betrouwbare productie- en utilitiesystemen. Jouw dag begint met een kort teamoverleg om storingen te bespreken en coördineert de activiteiten van jouw teamleden terwijl je werkorders prioriteert. Daarnaast richt je je op het onderhoud, de service en strategische projecten om de efficiëntie van de systemen te verbeteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Oplossen van storingen binnen de productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties, waarbij je in overleg met de operatie de juiste prioriteiten stelt.
• Vervullen van een essentiële rol bij het analyseren van complexe storingen en het proactief delen van jouw kennis met zowel collega’s als contractors.
• Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor verbetering in de onderhoudsprocessen en -systemen en aanbevelingen doen om de efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen.
• Zorgdragen voor de naleving van veiligheids-, compliance- en GMP-normen tijdens het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en ervoor zorgen dat de veiligheid van jezelf en je collega’s altijd vooropstaat.

This is what you will do as an E&I Technician

You are responsible for ensuring reliable production and utility systems. Your day begins with a brief team meeting to discuss malfunctions, and you coordinate the activities of your team members while prioritizing work orders. Additionally, you focus on maintenance, service, and strategic projects to improve system efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Resolving malfunctions within production and utility installations, setting the right priorities in consultation with operations.
• Playing an essential role in analysing complex malfunctions and proactively sharing your knowledge with both colleagues and contractors.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and systems and making recommendations to increase the efficiency and reliability of installations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, compliance, and GMP standards during maintenance work and ensuring that the safety of yourself and your colleagues is always a priority.

Jouw profiel:

• MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur elektrotechnisch & meet- en regeltechniek
• Technische ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving als bijvoorbeeld all-round storing,onderhoud of service monteur
• Expert in het lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen
• Sterke focus op installatiebeschikbaarheid en risicobeperking

Your profile:

• MBO 4 work and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering & measurement and control technology.
• Technical experience in an industrial environment as an all-round troubleshooter, maintenance, or service technician.
• Expert in locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions.
• Strong focus on installation availability and risk mitigation.
• Driving license B.
