About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project trackers covering actions, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and next steps
- Support coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners to keep projects progressing on time
- Draft meeting notes, summaries, action lists, and follow-up points after internal and external meetings
- Follow up on open items and help ensure that deadlines, action points, and pending decisions do not go unnoticed
- Help identify operational delays or coordination risks early and summarize them clearly for internal review
- Prepare agendas and support structured meeting preparation to ensure discussions lead to clear decisions and actions
- Organize project information, communication threads, and supporting documents so updates remain clear and accessible
- Support the preparation of concise internal updates and executive-ready summaries
- Help maintain consistency across project documentation, status updates, and hand-offs
- Contribute to the discipline, clarity, and follow-through needed in a fast-moving startup environment
About Your Skills and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, International Business, or a related field
- Interested in working at the intersection of operations, communication, project support, and business execution
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented when handling timelines, documents, and follow-up actions
- Comfortable working across multiple parallel workstreams and keeping track of moving priorities
- Demonstrates leadership potential, takes initiative, and follows through reliably from planning to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured, and actionable summaries
- Comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders and helping keep projects aligned, on time, and well communicated
- Proactive, accountable, and willing to support the team wherever needed
- Confident using structured tools such as trackers, spreadsheets, or task lists to maintain clarity
- Fluent in English
