Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure field team effectiveness through 1:1 travel and on-site coaching.
- Manage and support patient implant coverage and customer communication regarding HRPCI and AMI Impella indication .
- Build network to KOL’s in the Netherlands.
- Drive growth and implementation of the Impella business, coordinating and managing joint activities with the Team, the Physician Program team, Marketing, Training Team…
- Ensure staff and client competence through development, retention, and performance management of the team.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
- Represent the company at conferences across the EMEA region
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo
About Your Skills and Experience
- College degree in Business, Nursing, or equivalent medical degree required, with a
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the world of Cardiac Vascular.
- Strategic Selling Skills.
- Ability to choose methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
- Clinical experience with medical devices is a plus; strong cardiac operating room and/or cath. lab experience is also a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly (80%) for meetings with field teams and clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
- German knowledge will represent an advantage.
About Your Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is €74,700 to €135,300
on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
