About Your Next Colleagues

As a Research Technician you will be part of a dynamic R&D team with a passion for applied science. Our expertise spans from deep knowledge of gene regulatory mechanisms to understanding the proteins and cell systems used by our clients. Together, we develop the next generation of genetic technologies that will help solving performance bottlenecks in biopharmaceutical production platforms.


About Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Your activities will be focused around cell culture work, including transfections and small-scale production runs. You will also be involved in molecular biology activities, including DNA vector construction and production for internal and certified external use; characterization and quantitation of DNA, RNA, and protein and documentation.


About Your Skills and Experience

You have a BSc or MSc degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related field and at least 2 years experience in molecular biology research post-graduation. The preferred candidate has experience and affinity with cell or tissue culture.  

Qualifications:

  • Mammalian cell culture techniques
  • Molecular biology techniques, including DNA cloning
  • Analytical techniques, including ELISA
  • Interest in lab automation
  • Team player
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • High standard of quality and accuracy

About Your Benefits

Full time position for 1 year starting in April 2026. Salary is dependent on education and experience. We offer a highly dynamic job in the challenging R&D environment of an international biotech company.
