We are searching for the best talent for Sales Consultant Obesity (Bariatric Surgery) - South of the Netherlands
Purpose: to bring people together from around the world to create innovative solutions that are bringing surgery to the next level and contribute to life-changing impacts in health care. Our Surgery unit focusses on the treatment of Obesity and Surgical Oncology.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Acquisition of new customers and strong relationships building to promote our products and our company.
- Define specific projects within Value Based Selling and use the broad value proposition of Obesity as part of the overall account plan that will lead to customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like the Sales Manager, your fellow Sales Consultants, Project Specialist, Product managers & (Strategic) Account Manager to enforce the final sale of specialty products and services.
- Facilitate congresses, user meetings and events that improve the understanding of our offer.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons and operating theater management to make/keep them promoters of our products and our company.
- Continuously looking for new opportunities to co-create with your customers in order to grow business.
- Provide excellent service to our customers by flawless backorder management, innovation presentations and added value projects.
- Provide training courses to surgeons, specialists, nurses and operating room management.
About Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, medical, paramedical, business or comparable, ideally Master’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience available.
- Strong communication skills & influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
- Demonstrated business success in delivering growth and gaining share.
- Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal stakeholders.
- Self-awareness, adaptability and stress resistance.
- Living in the southern Netherlands region (preferably central Brabant).
Preferred:
- Experience in Endocutters/Energy devices sales and related processes.
- Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape and/or obesity as a disease state.
