Cam Bioceramics is seeking two ambitious Sales Leads / New Business Developers to drive growth in the medical device industry. We’ve developed a fully integrated sales methodology, powered by AI, CRM, and marketing platforms, to accelerate lead generation, manage pipelines, and shorten the sales cycle—giving you the tools to succeed from day one.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and manage leads using our integrated sales platforms.
- Build pipelines and close high-value deals across orthopedics, dentistry, aesthetics, bone graft substitutes, resorbable fixations, excipients, and biomedical research.
- Engage with key decision-makers—distributors, manufacturers, and R&D leaders.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales Operations to align sales efforts and tailor solutions.
- Use data and AI insights to refine strategies and maximise impact.

Who You Are:
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, with a global network in medical device manufacturing.
- Familiarity with bioceramic materials (Hydroxyapatite, α-TCP, β-TCP, HA/TCP) is a plus.
- Customer-focused, relationship-savvy, and data-driven.
