Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization.
The OPPORTUNITY
This is a high‑visibility, value‑adding role within IMPO Inventory & Costing, offering broad exposure across Supply Chain Finance, senior stakeholders, and multiple geographies.
As Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing, you will own and lead MRC3090 Supply Chain Reporting for both Planning and Actuals, with a strong focus on Other Costs Not in Standard (OCNIS), including the consolidated MRC3090 view.
You will act as the subject‑matter expert for MRC3090 OCNIS, partnering closely with internal IMPO colleagues and external stakeholders such as Supply Chain Finance. Working in a cross‑country virtual team, you will collaborate daily with colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end Supply Chain reporting for MRC3090, covering Actuals and Forecasts across multiple business units including Sourcing, Supply Chain Plants, Deliver and Home Office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Belgium OCNIS and variance reporting, building strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure key drivers and risks are fully understood and reflected in results.
- Deliver accurate, timely and compliant reporting of actuals, budgets and latest outlooks, in line with internal controls and external SOX requirements.
- Own and present BVA analysis for MRC3090 to Senior Management and Controlling teams, covering both Legal (Standard Value) and Management views (excluding intercompany profit).
- Maintain and safeguard master data integrity across MRC3090, supporting CFIN reporting, Anaplan budgeting and consolidation tools.
- Drive standardisation, harmonisation and process improvement, aligning Belgium activities with the wider IMPO model and identifying opportunities to simplify and automate.
- Actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives, leveraging system enhancements and new ways of working to improve efficiency, insight and scalability.

About Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications & experience:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience is an asset.
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Strong financial, analytical, and digital skills, results and performance driven.
- Team-player and collaborative working style.
- Motivated, flexible, and pro-active personality.
- Strong communication skills & influencing skills, customer focus and proactive attitude, and ability to partner effectively with business.
- Eager to take initiative, ability to work independently in an international and hybrid (virtual/on-site) environment and ability to deliver under strict timelines.
