- Monitor and analyze process data and batch results; apply preventive measures in case of trend deviations.
- Perform and update risk analyses.
- Conduct periodic reviews of manufacturing processes and critical equipment.
- Write reports and production instructions.
About Your Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience (minimum 7–10 years) in process engineering within a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in polymers or life sciences.
- Hands-on mentality: you enjoy being involved in practical work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with validation, quality standards (ISO, GMP), and risk management.
- A coaching attitude: you enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding a young team.
- Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing.
- In case of non-EU citizen: in possession of a work permit.
About Your Benefits
- A challenging role where your experience truly makes a difference.
- Work in an innovative environment with plenty of room for your input.
- A collaborative team that values your expertise.
- Competitive salary based on experience and education
