About Your Next Job
As Senior Manager EU Facility Technologies (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building infrastructure across multiple company sites in Europe. You will coordinate and lead a continuously growing, multidisciplinary technical team. In this role, you are accountable for developing, planning, and implementing new site strategies and concepts related to technical infrastructure and facilities project management.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Exciting responsibilities await you:

You are responsible for implementing all required facility management measures, particularly the operation of cleanroom facilities

You develop maintenance and servicing plans for technical building systems

You further expand facility digitalization and building automation and drive the implementation of FM support systems (BMS, CAFM, BIM, etc.)

You act as the main point of contact for internal customers, suppliers, and external service providers across all areas of technical and infrastructural facility management

You ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, guarantee data quality for audits, and maintain all required documentation

You provide both disciplinary and functional leadership to staff

You develop expansion concepts to support company growth and lead the restructuring and expansion of the EU facilities team

You are responsible for contract management and risk management within technical and infrastructural facility management

You serve as the accountable program manager for infrastructural FM projects within your scope of responsibility

You plan and manage resources effectively

You oversee reporting and documentation on facility status
About Your Skills and Experience
Your Profile:
-
You have solid professional experience in facility management, preferably within an industrial environment, and several years of experience in both disciplinary and functional leadership roles
-
A technical degree in a field related to facility management is an advantage
-
Experience in supply engineering, building services engineering, or technical building equipment, ideally with a focus on cleanroom technology

Proven, in-depth knowledge of facility management processes

A highly independent, structured, and organized working style, combined with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus

A confident and professional demeanor
