Career Class is designed for professionals in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech and MedTech who want to explore, accelerate or redefine their career path. The programme supports early-career, mid-career and senior professionals, as well as leaders seeking executive coaching.
By the end of the programme, you will have a clearer understanding of your strengths, motivations and career opportunities within the Life Sciences sector. You will also develop a stronger professional profile, a targeted networking strategy, improved interview readiness and a personalised career roadmap aligned with current market opportunities.
CareerClass consists of six interactive group modules of 1.5–2 hours each, delivered over a 7-week period. Participants attend three weekly sessions, followed by a one-week implementation break, and then three additional weekly sessions. Professional assessment tooling and practical homework assignments are included throughout the programme.
The investment for CareerClass is €2,750 (excluding VAT). This includes all six modules, professional assessment tooling, programme materials, practical assignments and access to the final expert panel and networking session with HR and talent leaders from the Life Sciences industry.
