- Supports the team as an entry-level individual contributor executing tasks following defined procedures

- Collaborates with internal teams to support manufacturing processes
- Reports to a supervisor and escalates concerns or issues to leaders
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo
- Understands and complies with the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws
- Completes tasks to meet production targets under direct supervision
- Develops working knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks related to processing ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products
- Documents day-to-day activities and resources, escalating concerns to maximize business results
- Adheres to standardized work and activity flowcharts
- Records gaps between target activity status and actual status
- Takes ownership of personal training and ensures required training is completed on time
- Learns process improvement methods to enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling
About Your Skills and Experience
- Relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 18 months’ relevant experience or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience
- B1 level in Dutch or English required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and entry-level business applications
- Quality-oriented and precise
- Flexible and positive
- Ability to work on a shift roster
