About Your Next Job
- This is an entry support individual contributor role that requires working on a shift roster and an A2 level in Dutch or English.
- You will work closely with colleagues, follow SOPs and GMP, and take ownership of your training and day-to-day responsibilities.
- You will be responsible for executing routine cleaning and disinfection of production areas according to SOPs and GMP to maintain hygiene and product safety, supporting Operations teams by completing assigned tasks with ownership, clear communication, and timely follow-through.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute routine cleaning and disinfection of production areas according to SOPs and GMP to maintain hygiene and product safety.
- Follow standardized administrative processes and document day-to-day activities and resources to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Support Operations teams by completing assigned tasks with ownership, clear communication, and timely follow-through to help the team meet its goals.
- Adhere to standardized work, activity flowcharts, and quality standards to ensure consistent, compliant results.
- Complete required training on time and develop competency in routine activities under direction to reduce errors and increase reliability.
- Learn and apply basic process-improvement methods to contribute ideas that enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
About Your Skills and Experience
- MBO-2 degree or at least 18 months of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work on a shift roster (flexible scheduling).
- A2 level in Dutch or English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Quality-oriented and precise, with attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs/GMP.
- Flexible, positive approach with professional communication and an understanding of how individual performance supports company and division goals.
