Fytagoras BV is located in the Sylvius Laboratory at the Bioscience Park in Leiden. As a leading research company, we work on innovations and research in the field of plants. Our customers and collaborators are plant breeding and seed companies that enjoy a worldwide reputation. During your internship at Fytagoras, you will become acquainted with the fascinating world of our clients. After a thorough onboarding period, you will carry out interesting marketing activities under the guidance of our marketing and ICT team. These include conducting market and industry research., strengthening Fytagoras’ social media appearance, creation of technology user groups and seminars.  

You will work within an international project team, collaborating with colleagues who speak both Dutch and English. Majority of the employees are researchers with Ph.D. degree or B.Sc. degree. This offers you an ideal opportunity to develop your skills and build a valuable network. You should have knowledge of market research and an affinity with the use of social media in marketing. A good command of the English language is required. You do not hesitate to ask for information when needed. An interest in advanced plant sciences is also a plus. With your fresh perspective on the use of social media, we hope to gain new ideas.

Your are available for an internship of at least 4 months duration.
