About Your Next Colleagues

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with experience in sales and in managing a sales team. As scientific content plays an important role in our work. Someone with a background in Life Sciences and preferable experience in toxicology.
You will support the sales team, lead sales team meetings, but also actively contribute to the sales.
Your tasks will include identification of new leads, cold calling, relationship building and account management.
You will help enhance the sales of our products with your understanding of the typical applications in the market and help draft relevant marketing materials to highlight the applications.
You will work in an ambitious and growing (international) team and help manage and guide the team.
You will have a diverse set of tasks and get the possibility to make an impact.
We are searching for someone who shares our ambition and joy to accelerate the development and growth of Toxys.
About Your Skills and Experience
• Master degree or PhD in Life Sciences
• Experience in Business Development/Sales in a service-based company
• A background in toxicology and affinity with NAMs is strongly preferred
• Management and team lead skills
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
