About Your Next Colleagues
Het laboratorium (QC) zorgt voor het testen van grondstoffen welke gebruikt worden in de productieproces, tussenproducten uit het productieproces en eindproduct. Daarnaast voeren we stabiliteitstesten van geneesmiddelstof en geneesmiddel uit. Binnen QC zijn er bij de volgende afdelingen nog een stageplek beschikbaar. Separations is verantwoordelijk voor alle scheidingstechnieken (HPLC,UPLC, cIEF, cSDS, SDS-Page, MS) en voor chemische testen als Turbidity, particles, color, appearance. Bioassay is verantwoordelijk voor alle biologische assays (qPCR, ELISA, Identiteitstesten zoals Dotblot, binding assays, cell based assays (concentratie bepaling), onderhouden van cellen) en voor Chemische testen als OD280 (eiwitbepaling), pH en conductivity.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Verzorging van een grondige administratie, zodat terugzoeken van gegevens eenvoudig is;
- Leren werken volgens Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Laboratorium Practices (GLP);
- Werken volgens veiligheidsafspraken zoals gebruiken van beschermingsmiddelen, afhandeling van chemicaliën en omgang van naalden;
- Schoonmaken van je werkplek.
About Your Skills and Experience
Je volgt een MLO-opleiding richting chemisch-fysisch analist en je wilt werkervaring opdoen. Je bent accuraat en begrijpt hoe belangrijk jouw werk is voor de kwaliteitsbewaking van onze medicijnen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels;
- Je kan starten in september;
- Je bent voor minimaal 5 maanden inzetbaar;
- Je bent voor minimaal 24 uur per week inzetbaar;
- Je bent een 3e of 4e-jaars student in MLO-niveau 3 of 4.
