Looking for an internship where your data skills actually make an impact? We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join the Centre of Expertise (CoE) Services team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden!
About Your Next Colleagues
As an intern, you will dive straight into the data that keeps our production running smoothly. You will collect and analyze data on equipment downtime, breakdowns, safety, and compliance within the Equipment Services department. Next to your data work, you will support daily operations and share your own ideas for improvements. It’s the perfect way to gain hands-on experience and discover what it’s really like to work at a global company like Johnson & Johnson!
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize the main drivers behind downtime, safety incidents, and equipment failures.
- Turn your data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Propose SMART actions to boost equipment reliability, compliance, and safety performance.
About Your Skills and Experience
As an intern you are a proactive individual who loves to dive into data and take ownership of projects. With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you easily spot opportunities for improvement. On top of that, you are a great communicator who knows how to connect and collaborate with stakeholders.
- You are a HBO or WO student with a background in Engineering, Data analytics or bioprocessing engineering.
- You can start in September 2026.
- You are available for minimum of 6 months.
- You can speak English.
- You are available for 40 hours.
