About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
As an intern, you will work in a dynamic Research & Development environment under the supervision of an engineer or scientist in a multidisciplinary team that has expertise in the development of intraocular lenses, process development and metrology.
We have multiple projects within our department that you might be interested in of which a few are listed here:
- Improvement and automation of a test setup (script development)
- Process improvement
- Programming and automation
- Feasability studies
About Your Skills and Experience
- You are currently studying within: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related studies
- You are fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is an advantage
- You have experience with Solidworks or Computer-aided design(CAD, this is consireded plus
- You have good programming experience with Matlab and Python
- You are available for 32 - 40 hours a week
- You are available for an Internship between 3-6 months
