Job Overview

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading end-to-end production operations to ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and in full compliance with cGMP, EHS, and lean manufacturing standards. Working closely with other supervisors and cross‑functional partners, this role ensures production targets are achieved according to the Master Production Schedule while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration. The Manufacturing Supervisor leads, coaches, and supports manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient operations.


About Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets in line with the Master Production Schedule.
  • Assign operators, manage resource needs, and ensure adequate assets and staffing levels.
  • Support the introduction, qualification, and validation of new products and equipment, including training of operators.
  • Ensure all process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are accurate, current, and completed on time.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance through data analysis (e.g., yield, nonconformances, training, absenteeism) and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead or support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change management activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes.


About Your Skills and Experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, EHS, and quality systems within a production environment.
  • Proficiency with automation and business systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, Windows-based tools).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Please note that this role involves working in shifts (06:30–15:00 and 14:30–23:00
