About Your Next Colleagues
You'll work directly with innovative companies developing new therapies, diagnostics, technologies, and services that contribute to the future of health. Because we're a small and growing team, you'll have real responsibility from day one. You'll work closely with both marketing and business development colleagues, gaining experience across the full commercial process, from positioning and visibility to lead generation and customer engagement.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
You'll help ambitious life sciences companies answer a simple question:
"How do we get the right people to notice us?"
You'll be involved in:
- Creating content people actually want to read
- Building campaigns that support real business objectives
- Translating complex science into clear communication
- Helping clients prepare for conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Researching markets, competitors, and commercial opportunities
- Working with AI tools to create smarter, faster marketing workflows
- Turning ideas from workshops into practical marketing actions
- Collaborating with our BD team to connect visibility with commercial outcomes
- Challenging assumptions and bringing your own ideas to the table
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days moving tickets between columns or sitting in endless internal meetings. We expect you to think. To ask questions. To spot opportunities.
To help clients tell better stories and build more traction in the market. You'll work directly with biotech companies, CROs, CDMOs, medtech companies, and other innovators across the life sciences industry.
Some are startups preparing for growth. Others are established companies looking to sharpen their commercial strategy.

About Your Skills and Experience
- You have a degree in Life Sciences
- You have 2-5 years of experience
- You can turn complex science into clear, engaging content
- You can write for LinkedIn and understand what makes updates work
- You have a good eye for design and can create or brief strong visual assets
- You are comfortable working on websites
- You are AI-savvy and know how to use LLMs to work faster and think sharper
- You take initiative, ask good questions, and enjoy figuring things out
