About Your Next Job
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols while maintaining cleanliness to prevent contamination or mix-ups
- Prepare and verify batch components, perform format changeovers, and manufacture products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Conduct product inspections and in-process checks to ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare, document, and accurately complete production records, including batch reconciliation and material transfers
- Follow PPE and corporate security requirements, report risks, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines
- Support team members in manufacturing processes, foster cooperation, and assist with finished goods projects and assigned tasks
- Escalate process deviations, batch mix-ups, critical defects, or other issues impacting safety, production, or product quality

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Making adjustments and executing product changes as necessary
- Performing all functions required for different manufacturing areas in accordance with established procedures, GMP, documentation practices, quality standards, and safety rules
- Completing a period of training, qualification, and apprenticeship while supporting the manufacturing team in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner
About Your Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow instructions and effective communication skills combined with an ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ideally experience in manufacturing or production environment; experience with LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable, but not a must-have
