About Your Next Job

We are looking for a sales-driven, charismatic Sales Consultant Biosurgery with a can-do mentality in the Southern region of the Netherlands.

Role Purpose:

Promote adoption of Biosurgery hemostatic products to reduce surgical bleeding and improve outcomes. Convert clinical stakeholders in Southern NL into advocates for our brand. Work with a regional sales team to grow market share and drive business performance.


About Your Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Sell innovative Biosurgery products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
  • Value-driven care is one of the pillars within healthcare in the Netherlands. J&J is therefore looking for people who can not only sell the product but also the added value.
  • Customer-centric approach, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver sustained value and support to our customers.
  • Facilitating in hospital trainings to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and operating theater management through hands-on sessions to increase product knowledge and to enhance understanding to use our products for the right bleedings at the right time.
  • Offering specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures.
  • Generating sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Contribute to the successful launch of two of our newest innovations in the field of hemostats.


About Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospital sales - a must
  • Native speaking Dutch and fluent in English, both written and speaking.
  • Self-starter who works independently, takes the lead in identifying opportunities and connects easily with a diversity of stakeholders.
  • Driven by results, excellence, and a passion for business accomplishments.
  • Driving license category B
  • Living in the southern Netherland region.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and relations in the spine or cardiovascular field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch healthcare system.
