We are looking for a Senior Account manager to enforce the company's growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Development
Client Relationship Management
GTM
Project Management
Revenue growth
CRM
To fulfill these responsibilities, you will:
Actively lead, find and develop new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Drive and manage the commercial positioning of MAT Research whilst also supporting the scientific positioning and capabilities of the company.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise partnerships with existing clients.
Ensure delivery of products and services in collaboration with the team.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
About Your Skills and Experience
Job requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably with a Life Science/Biotechnology/business background.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in sales in the Pharma or Biotech industry.
Knowledge of QC products, immunology, drug discovery and biomarker discovery is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the biotech industry.
Experience in project management of delivery.
Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and a strong desire to grow new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a major plus.

We have developed an improved Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) for pyrogen testing. The MAT serves as the replacement for the Rabbit Pyrogen Test and can be used to test parenteral drugs for endotoxin and non-endotoxin contaminations. Our technology uses cryopreserved pooled PBMC. This has made it possible to develop a MAT with both high sensitivity and robustness, ensuring reliability in the field.
Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) The Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) is a pyrogen test. MAT uses human blood cells to test for a fever reaction, mimicking the human immune reaction.The MAT serves as the replacement for the Rabbit Pyrogen Test and can be used to test parenteral drugs for endotoxin and non-endotoxin contaminations. Our technology uses cryopreserved pooled PBMC. This has made it possible to develop a MAT with both high sensitivity and robustness, ensuring reliability in the field. The MAT kit includes all the required consumables to perform the Monocyte Activation Test, making it convenient to perform. In addition to the kit we provide consulting services and technical support in setting up the MAT in your organisation.
