About Your Next Job
We’re looking for a Working Student IT Support to join our team in Leiden. In this role, you’ll help colleagues with IT-related questions, prepare and install laptops and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with day-to-day IT operations.
About Your Next Colleagues
You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment. Our IT Team concists of a Director IT, a Security Engineer, a Data Platform & Integrity Specialist, IT System Engineers and IT Support Specialists.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Providing first-line IT support to end users
- Setting up laptops, phones, and other devices
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Assisting with password resets and user access requests
- Logging and following up on support tickets
- Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
- Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives
About Your Skills and Experience
- You are currently studying IT or a related field, or a strong interest in technology
- Helpful, service-minded, and eager to learn
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Available 24–40 hours per week
